Triggered by the identification of a breach in prior gear theory, the CGX technology relies on a new theoretical background for external-internal gear pairs with a small difference in their teeth number. Paired with the proper kinematic configuration, it gives the CGX technology an unseen level of performances, both with metal and plastic gears!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this special construction, all gear interfaces are subject to negligible sliding and both very low contact surface pressure and  tooth root stress. Very advantageous working conditions applies to the shaft bearings as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
